Ghanaian international Daniel Amartey was in full action for his club Leicester City as they drew goalless in their UEFA Europa League against Slavia Prague on Thursday night.
Amartey has been in great form for coach Brendan Rodgers side in both league and FA Cup games featured so far this season after returning from an injury.
He was named in the team’s starting XI and played the entire duration of the game.
Daniel Amartey made an important clearance at the start of the second half, an action that drew applause from his coach and the entire technical staff who were impressed with his outing.
He is expected to maintain his place in the team this weekend as Leicester City travel to the Villa Park to battle Aston Villa on Sunday.
