Only 4 Out Of 14 Match Venues Approved After Club Licensing Inspection

Out of the fourteen (14) match venues proposed by Clubs to be used as match venues for the coming season, only four (4) have been approved by the Club licensing board.

This was after the board announced its decisions after inspecting the venues proposed by Premier League clubs across the country.

Eight clubs were granted conditional approvals with the board set to re-inspect ten venues before granting them approvals.

The four match venues that were granted conditional approvals include the Accra sports stadium, WAFA Park, Cape Coast stadium, and the Nana Agyemang Badi I park in Dormaa.

Five Clubs will use the Accra sports stadium for the coming season and they include Accra Hearts of Oak, Asante Kotoko, Great Olympics, Inter Allies, and Legon Cities.
