MTN FA Cup Finals: Hearts of Oak Beat Bechem United To Lift Trophy

Hearts of Oak have won the 2021-22 MTN FA Cup after beating Bechem United FC 2-1 at the Kumasi Baba Yara Stadium this evening.

Bechem United scored first through Emmanuel Avornyor but Hearts of Oak responded almost immediately with the equaliser through Caleb Amankwah.

Birthday boy, Daniel Afriyie Barnie scored the winning goal to ensure the Phobians retained the trophy they won last year.

Hearts of Oak will this clash with League champions Asante Kotoko on September 4 for the Super Cup clash, a game that will be played at the Cape Coast stadium.
