Hearts of Oak Draw Algerian Side JS Saoura In CAF Confederations Cup


Accra Hearts of Oak have been drawn against Algerian side, JS Saoura In CAF Confederations Cup final playoff.

The Phobians who were booted out of the CAF Champions League last Sunday by Wydad Athletic Club of Morocco following a 6-2 aggregate, have another chance at making it into the Group stage of a CAF Club competition, this time in the Confedeations Cup.

The Phobians will welcome the Ligue 1 side to the Accra sports stadium in the 1st leg on the 28th November before travelling to Algeria between 3rd-5th December for the 2nd leg.

Coach Samuel Boadu’s side will look to find their rhythm in the Ghana Premier League which commences on Friday night, an action that sees them play at home against Legon Cities at the Accra sports stadium on Sunday afternoon.
