Accra Hearts of Oak have named David Ocloo as its new assistant coach, a statement from the club read.

This decision comes days the club mutually terminated the contracts of its entire technical team.

Ocloo, 38, who was the assistant coach of Asante Kotoko under coach Prosper Narteh Ogum will hold the fort of the head coach position until a substantial one is appointed by the club.

He is tasked to lead the team in this weekend’s CAF Confederations Cup match first leg in Mali against Real Bamako.
