Albanian powerhouse KF Skenderbeu have announced the signing of talented defender Abbey Agbodzie.
The former Dreams FC defender penned a two year contract with the Albanian side who took to their social media handles to make to the official announcement on Monday evening.
The player who spoke to www.ghanasoccernews.org editor Dada Oliseh after penning the deal, said he was particularly happy with the deal adding that he has been looking forward to such an opportunity for a while now.
“It’s a dream come true to sign my first professional contract outside Ghana. I am very happy and excited about the challenge ahead and I am looking forward to it”.
Abbey has been handed jersey number 22 at his new club as he looks set to feature prominently in the team’s upcoming games.
KF Skenderbeu is an Albanian professional football club based in Korçë, a city in southeastern Albania. The club play in the Kategoria Superiore, which is the top tier of football in the country.
